Prohibited Activities
By accessing or using the bot and any related services, features, websites, dashboards, APIs, integrations, or associated systems (collectively, the “Service”), you agree that you will not, and will not attempt to, use the Service to engage in any prohibited activity described below.
The following list is non-exhaustive. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, whether conduct violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service, users, third parties, or our operations.
1. Unlawful, Harmful, or Abusive Conduct
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or legal obligation.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, defame, abuse, or otherwise harm any person or community.
- Promote, solicit, or facilitate violence, self-harm, or criminal activity.
- Promote or distribute hate speech, extremist content, or discriminatory material.
- Create, share, request, or distribute content that exploits or endangers minors, including any child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
2. Fraud, Deception, and Impersonation
- Engage in phishing, scams, fraud, or other deceptive practices.
- Impersonate any person, organization, brand, or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any of the foregoing.
- Use the Service to mislead others, including by falsifying identity, origin, or intent.
3. Security, Integrity, and Service Abuse
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, servers, databases, or networks.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system without authorization.
- Introduce malware, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful or destructive code.
- Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended behavior, including to obtain an advantage or access restricted features.
- Interfere with, disrupt, degrade, or impair the integrity, performance, or availability of the Service.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with rate limits, bans, access controls, security features, or protective measures.
4. Unauthorized Automation, Scraping, and Misuse of APIs
- Use self-bots, user-bots, or other unauthorized automation in connection with the Service.
- Automate interactions in a manner that is excessive, abusive, or burdensome to the Service or third parties.
- Scrape, harvest, collect, or index data from the Service without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
- Use the Service or APIs in violation of any published documentation, technical limits, or usage policies we provide.
5. Intellectual Property and Reverse Engineering
- Infringe, violate, or misappropriate any intellectual property or proprietary rights of us or any third party.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, underlying ideas, or algorithms of the Service, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- Remove, obscure, or alter proprietary notices, attributions, or branding displayed by the Service.
6. Payments, Licensing, and Commercial Misuse
- Sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written permission.
- Attempt to bypass subscription tiers, payment systems, paywalls, licensing checks, or feature gating.
- Abuse free trials, promotional offers, or account creation to evade pricing, restrictions, or enforcement actions.
7. Platform Policy Violations
- Use the Service in a manner that violates Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or Developer Policies.
- Use the Service to facilitate policy violations by others, including by providing instructions or tooling for prohibited behavior.
8. Privacy and Data Misuse
- Collect, store, process, or transmit personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws or our privacy disclosures.
- Attempt to collect sensitive information (e.g., passwords, financial credentials, private keys) through the Service.
- Use the Service to dox, stalk, or expose private information without authorization.
9. Encouraging or Assisting Prohibited Conduct
- Encourage, instruct, aid, or assist any person in engaging in any prohibited activity described in this section.
- Attempt or conspire to commit any prohibited activity, even if the attempt is unsuccessful.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may take any action we deem appropriate, including warning users, restricting access, disabling features, suspending or terminating access to the Service, removing content, and/or reporting activity to law enforcement or other relevant authorities, in each case as permitted by applicable law.
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to us promptly and do not publicly disclose it until we have had a reasonable opportunity to address it.
